"Expectation"

We feel sad or happy because of our expectations..but i also feel these expectations are required to some extent...lets take an example of a couple in love with each other,if they dont have expectations with each other they'll be more practical but with less intimacy between them....to some extent "Expectations" defines depth of our relationship,needs,likes,dislikes,how much you want each other..in other words it defines us...if we do not expect anything with anybody in this world and try being on our own,we can be independent this way but all alone :)
I do agree we some times do not have control on our expectations and this is when we are trapped:-)but then if we stop expecting anything from anybody..life woud be stagnant and boring...If we expect something and it doesn't happens due to some reason..it could be a reason of deep grief:-(but then it has positive n negative both sides......

Better is to keep giving more than expecting.....
and you get the return without asking :-)
